GENERAL

Warranty on all “simi stove” products is governed by the “simi stove Warranty Terms and Conditions” specified on https://www.simistove.in/ in force at the time of availing any service and/ or support. Such Warranty Terms and Conditions are liable to change from time to time without any notice to Customers. Any product not covered under the above terms, will be deemed to be outside the purview of warranty and accordingly service and support will be on chargeable basis only.

2. The Customer shall not assign or otherwise transfer any Contracts or any of its rights and obligations hereunder whether in whole or in part without the prior written consent of Simi Stove. Any such unauthorised assignment shall be deemed to be null and void vis-a-vis simi stove.

3. If any provision or provisions of these Terms and Conditions are held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected thereby.

4. No Waiver. Any failure or delay on Simi Stove’s part in exercising any power or right under this agreement does not amount as a waiver, or any single act or partial exercise of any power or right does not exclude any other or further exercise, or the exercise of any other rights or powers.

PRODUCT(S) S ACCEPTANCE

Product(s) shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer as being in good condition and in accordance with the Contract unless Simi Stove is notified in writing to the contrary within Seven working days of purchase of the Product(s) except Simi Stove official website portal sales where it is 15 days. The date of purchase will be included for calculating the above period.

COVERAGE OF LIMITED WARRANTY

1-The product is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period as mentioned on warranty card from the date of purchase.
8.2-Warranty card needs to be presented for making the claim along with the copy of the Invoice.

8.3-The warranty will not be valid if the warranty card is not filled-in completely and if any incorrect information is provided.
8.4-The product should be used as per the directions given in the user’s guide. Defects caused by improper or reckless use are not covered.
8.5-If the product has not been installed, used and maintained in accordance with the instruction manual.

8.6-Any damages due to the use of abrasive chemicals, or usage in extremely adverse conditions, i.e. abnormally corrosive / alkaline / acidic etc. is not covered under the warranty.
8.7-The warranty will not cover product used for commercial purposes or any application other than” domestic use.

Shipping Policy

How does the delivery process work?

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possiblity. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping – International clients do not pay import duties levied by their government to Simi Stove. Clients will have to pay the customs duty to the courier provider in order to receive the
product.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like gel pouches are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email and phone number. As we prepare and ship your order within 24 hours of the confirmation, you can then check the status of your package through the ‘Track’ button on the ‘My Orders’ section. You can also choose to receive your order updates on WhatsApp.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) Though, we keep 95% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products. While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order. However, in case of international orders, product delivery may get delayed due to reasons attributable to logistics, public holidays, etc.If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date.

My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/CoD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive. International orders, in most instances, will be shipped in their entirety as one shipment.

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.

Replacement Policy

Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

  1. Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered in defective condition or has a physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
  2. Replacement with a fresh box unit can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  3. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our website support team. The request will, however, be entertained once a Simi Stove team member has checked and determined the same at his own end. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the products by Simi Stove.
  4. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The website support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  5. In case of replacement, the whole product package with the product and its accessories intact will be picked up by the courier boy arranged by us.
  6. A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
  • Customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product
  • Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.

 

Please see that no return or refund shall be provided. However, the customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement.

Cancellation Policy

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:

  1. Cancellations request will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the customers and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  2. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  3. No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions. (These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.)
  4. Only Full Cancellation allowed. Partial Order Cancellation is not allowed.
  5. To place cancel request call the customer care helpline within 12 working hours of placing the order

Refund Policy

  1. All accepted cases of refunds, would be processed to the same account of the Customer, from which the purchase was made. In case of Cash On Delivery (“COD”), the refund would be processed to the Bank account of the Customer, after the Customer provides the necessary details and documents. There will be no cash refund
